Are the properties listed on the marketplace vetted?

One of the advantages of using Ekta Real Estate is that we’ve done all the due diligence on the properties before we list them on the marketplace. When the property owner starts their application to list their property, we request that they upload documentation for the property. This includes appraisals, title deed research, tax records, pest research, property valuation, and more. Due diligence is carried about by ourselves and our notary and legal partners.
